Compassionate, Partner-sensitive support
Betrayal recovery
Discovering infidelity, deception, or a partner’s hidden sexual behavior can leave you with a shattered hope and questioning what’s real and what comes next.
As an APSATS-trained coach, I offer compassionate, trauma-informed support to help you find your footing, understand your needs, and move forward at a pace that brings hope amid the battle.
does this sound like you?
- You’ve discovered infidelity, deception, or hidden sexual behavior and feel overwhelmed or unsure what to believe.
- You find yourself questioning your reality, your relationship, or your ability to trust yourself.
- You’re carrying a mix of emotions and wondering how to make sense of what happened.
- You feel disconnected from yourself and unsure what you need, what boundaries to set, or what comes next.
- You want compassionate support without pressure to make decisions before you’re ready.
You deserve compassionate support as you make sense of the shattered pieces of the life you thought you knew. Together, we’ll hold space to explore what comes next and reconnect with the worth that has been yours all along.
What to expect
We’ll begin with a free consultation, a chance for you to share where you are, ask questions, and get a feel for whether working together feels right. You don’t need to have your story neatly put together or know what you want to do next.
Beyond the consultation, our individual sessions will give you space to make sense of what you’re experiencing, explore what you need, and take the next steps that are right for you. My partner-sensitive approach is informed by APSATS’ Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model and guided by your choices and pace.
My hope is that, after our initial consultation, you’ll leave feeling a renewed sense of hope and relief in knowing you don’t have to navigate this alone. If this sounds like something you need, I’m here to listen.
frequently asked questions
How is coaching different from therapy?
Coaching offers personalized support as you identify your needs, explore boundaries, and consider your next steps. It is non-clinical and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Coaching can complement therapy when additional support is helpful.
Do I have to decide whether to stay or leave?
No. You don’t need to have that decision made, or even know what you want, before seeking support. Your choices are yours, and we’ll make space for you to explore what feels right at your own pace.
What are the fees for coaching?
60-75 minute sessions are $150. Choose two sessions per month for $300 or four sessions per month for $600. Optional weekday messaging support is available for an additional fee per month and is offered alongside coaching sessions.
Coaching is not billable through insurance. Check your HSA plan for eligibility.
