Crosswinds Collaborative LLC is a faith based life and wellness coaching practice created by an experienced women’s health registered nurse with nearly 20 years of bedside experience trained in the art of health and wellness life coaching. 

Crosswinds Collaborative LLC has a vision to collaborate with people who are feeling stuck, help them break negative cycles that lead to self-abandonment, and step powerfully into a fuller life with purpose.

Take it from me, you can run as far or as fast as you want but the consequences of not dealing with the root causes of your troubles have a not so “cute” way of catching up to you in the most inopportune times… 

For me, it was the tragic, unexpected death of my mother in early 2022.  The past 2-3 years of personal growth & inner healing has led me through some difficult realities and shifting perspectives of acceptance, peace, and growth.  This new awareness truly set the stage for me to live the life of my dreams.  I have experienced a joy, freedom, and peace that surpasses anything I have ever experienced in my “old life” – I so passionately want the same for you!

My training includes the most amazing coach certification program on the planet, The Nurse Coach Collective with Heather Lapides & Peter Giza. I had the immense pleasure of meeting these awesome humans just one month ago at the Nurse Coach Conference and they are the real deal!  I also bring nearly 20 years of bedside nursing experience, being blessed to be present during many of my patient’s best – and worst – moments of their lives.   This has given me a deep understanding and appreciation of the human condition.  I also am an undergrad student at Liberty University working towards my Bachelor of Science in Religion with a minor in Christian Counseling.  

My hope as a business owner and Christian life & wellness coach is that you DON’T wait for a crisis to make a change, that I can walk with you as you experience life changing growth from the inside out, giving you the tools and support to navigate the “crosswinds” of life. If you’re feeling stuck and want to enhance your mind, body, and spiritual connection to live into your truest embodied self… I encourage you to reach out.  

I BELIEVE with every fiber of my being that there is so much more for each and every one of you on the other side of transformation.  Stop giving your power away and enhance your well-being to live the life you deserve.

To be clear, Life and wellness coaching is not me giving you medical advice, nor is it a quick fix, it is not prescriptive medical interventions or therapies, and it is not having a private duty nurse… sorry, I know that probably sounds really appealing! 

I will not rescue you.  God does the rescuing, but together we collaborate and partner with God to make it a reality.

Instead, a Christian life and wellness coach is having a safe space to experience personal growth with someone who understands and sees you as a WHOLE PERSON.  In my coaching container, you always know that when life gets hard you have a supportive cheerleader to encourage you and remember YOUR WHY to help you stay on track, it is collaborating to co-create actions and goals that fit your life and wellness vision for lasting transformative change!
