By accessing or using this site, booking services, purchasing products, or downloading resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

“Company,” “We,” “I,” or “Us” refers to Crosswinds Collaborative LLC.
“Site” refers to www.crosswindscollab.com and all related pages.
“Content” includes all written, visual, audio, or digital materials.
“Services” include coaching, group programs, digital products, workshops, and educational offerings.
“You” means any user, viewer, customer, or participant.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or services.

By using this site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes

  • Harass or abuse others

  • Post false, offensive, or copyrighted material you don’t own

  • Copy or redistribute our content without permission

  • Misrepresent your relationship to this business

4. Coaching & Spiritual Support Disclaimer

Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment

Our services are holistic coaching, educational, and spiritual in nature. This is a non-clinical coaching service and does not provide medical care, diagnostic services, medical treatment, or therapy.

Even if some coaches hold professional licenses, all services offered here are strictly within the scope of holistic coaching.

We are not providing:
• Medical care
• Mental health therapy
• Psychological treatment
• Diagnosis or treatment of any condition

Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic care.
You agree to consult qualified professionals for any medical or mental health concerns.

You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, call 911 or contact your medical provider right away.

6. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Crosswinds Collaborative LLC and is protected by copyright law.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, or reuse any content without written permission.

Purchased program content gives you a personal-use license only for no more than one year after your start date or 6 months after your completed program.

7. Purchases & Payments

Payment is required before services are delivered.

If you choose a payment plan, you authorize automatic charges according to your selected plan.

While we make every effort to accommodate financial hardship, missed or declined payments may result in paused or ended access.

No refunds for services already delivered unless stated otherwise in your agreement.

8. Refund Policy

Coaching and services are non-refundable once sessions have occurred. By enrolling, you commit to the full program term and investment.  Early withdrawal does not cancel the remaining balance owed unless mutually agreed upon by the coach and client.

Digital products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Account Security

If you create login details, you are responsible for keeping them secure.

We are not responsible for misuse due to shared or unsecured login information.

10. Third-Party Links

This site may link to other websites.
We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of this site, services, or content.

Your sole remedy for any dispute is a refund of fees paid, at our discretion.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless Crosswinds Collaborative LLC and all of its members from any claims arising from your use of the site, services, or violation of these terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.  

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the site means you accept changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CT.
